Michelle Freniere
Owner
As a child, Michelle had chronic ailments such as allergies, asthma, and constipation. Years of prescription antibiotics and feeling ill eventually led her to seek alternative healthcare options, when she was referred to a colon hydrotherapist. The practitioner educated her about digestive health and guided Michelle to have her first colonic. After three sessions she began feeling positive changes in her body.
In June of 2008, Michelle was in a motorcycle accident that changed her life. With the help of massage, physical therapy, energy work, and cleansing, she regained her health. She realized just how important a team of alternative health care providers could be in pain management and lifestyle support.
In addition to becoming certificated for colon hydrotherapy in 2009, she has over twelve years of experience working with the lymph system and practicing multiple types of massage therapy (pre-natal, deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, and visceral). She is always striving to learn more and deepen her understanding of the body, and often enjoys attending seminars and trainings.

Dr. Karina Garcia

Dr. Karina's passion is to help people lead healthier, happier lives. She has extensive training in holistic studies and a background of over 10 years as a Primary Care Medical Doctor.

Working as a Primary Care Doctor was very rewarding for her, however, she knew there was more work to be done at getting to the root of dis-ease. She now hopes to help you heal through a holistic approach.

Since a young age, Kareina has always valued health as a priority. She considers herself a life-long learner and continues to study different healing techniques in service to the health of humanity.
Julia Evans
Colon Hydrotherapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Certified Health & Life Coach
Julia has returned to Santa Barbara and is excited to be back providing our clients here at Hands of Soleil her quality care. Julia is originally from Canada where she studied at the Body Mind Institute, specializing in nutrition. She also ran a private consulting and wellness coaching company. She supports her clients in achieving sustainable, healthy weight loss and greater well-being through her fitness, nutrition, and coaching programs. Recently, Julia has certified as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Julia is passionate about clean living and is always seeking ways to be in greater harmony with our planet.
Maxi
Lymphathic Drainage and Massage Therapist
After obtaining her Physical Therapy degree in Germany in 2017, Maxi moved to Santa Barbara, California. While raising her two wonderful children, she completed her training as a Massage Therapist in 2025. Her passion for bodywork continues to evolve as she deepens her understanding of the many ways intentional touch can be profoundly transformational.

Lymphatic and Massage Therapist
Amorette is a licensed massage therapist specializing in deep bodywork, lymphatic, craniosacral, trigger point, reflexology, and Neuroaffective Touch. With roots in science, engineering, and embodied practices, her work blends precision with compassionate presence. She welcomes all bodies and identities, creating grounded spaces for holistic healing and inner coherence.
