Meet Our Team
Michelle Freniere
Owner
As a child, Michelle had chronic ailments such as allergies, asthma, and constipation. Years of prescription antibiotics and feeling ill eventually led her to seek alternative healthcare options, when she was referred to a colon hydrotherapist. The practitioner educated her about digestive health and guided Michelle to have her first colonic. After three sessions she began feeling positive changes in her body.
In June of 2008, Michelle was in a motorcycle accident that changed her life. With the help of massage, physical therapy, energy work, and cleansing, she regained her health. She realized just how important a team of alternative health care providers could be in pain management and lifestyle support.
In addition to becoming certificated for colon hydrotherapy in 2009, she has over twelve years of experience working with the lymph system and practicing multiple types of massage therapy (pre-natal, deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, and visceral). She is always striving to learn more and deepen her understanding of the body, and often enjoys attending seminars and trainings.

Michelle finds great joy in sharing her experience and knowledge with others in search of inner balance.
Haley Parker
Colon Hydrotherapist
For almost a decade, Haley has been rooted in the practice and study of
holistic living. In 2016 she enrolled in the nation’s most esteemed and only accredited herbalism program at Bastyr University. Here she completed her Bachelor’s in Herbal Sciences, which included comprehensive coursework in traditional and modern-day herbology, anatomy, physiology, medical-oriented sciences, nutrition, and disease processes. She has since become certified in colon hydrotherapy, sound healing, permaculture, and has completed over 600 hours of
massage therapy training in modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and Tantric energy work. She draws upon the many tools in her toolbox when assisting clients during sessions. She incorporates both Eastern and Western medical ideology and recognizes the inseparability of mind, body and spirit in the process of healing and restoring vitality.
As a colon hydrotherapist, she aims to help her clients feel grounded in their bodies, empowered, educated, and inspired. She holds space mindfully and free from judgment; cultivating a safe haven for the healing and wellness of all. Haley is an ardent learner and is continually curious about the physical and metaphysical world. She is a naturalist, avid traveler, adventure seeker, and conscientious companion of Mother Earth. She is always aiming to further her education and is currently completing a certification to become a Sexological Bodyworker. When she isn’t studying you can find her bird watching, hot spring dipping, international adventuring, dog momming, or playing a heated game of
scrabble.
