In the Intro to Self Lymphatic Massage, you will explore the fundamentals of lymphatic health and detoxification, along with essential anatomy and lymphatic pumping techniques for your body and face. This hands-on course focuses on effective movements designed to stimulate your lymphatic system for improved wellness and vitality. Michelle is teaching this class to help you establish a daily lymphatic self-care routine and to introduce you to the essential practices of detoxification.

Breast Self-Care and Lymphatic Massage

Learn lymphatic drainage techniques designed to detoxify the breast, increase circulation, and promote optimal lymphatic flow and breast health. With rising breast cancer rates, it's never been more important to learn a self breast examination and care. Michelle will teach you a daily breast wellness routine. This women's-only class offers a comfortable and supportive environment, allowing participants to focus on self-care with the option to join bra-free :)

Lymphatic Drainage Certification Classes
Interested in expanding your healing practice or spa? Curious about detoxification? Lymphatic Massage is a valuable addition to your self-care routine or spa menu! This 4-day class teaches a foundational introduction into what is Lymphatic Drainage. Graduates of this course will be able to do a full-body, 90-minute Lymphatic Massage Protocol and feel well-versed in the in-demand world of cleansing and detoxification.

About the Certification
This training addresses many aspects of wellness and healing through Lymphatic Drainage. It will cover full-body Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), operation of the Lymphstar Pro, lymphatic self-care, client care, specific disease treatment, breast health, and more! Students must complete all weekend hours and provide ten 90-minute sessions at their workplace or home before receiving course certification.

About Michelle, your instructor
Michelle has been practicing and training in Lymphatic Drainage since 2009 and has been teaching since 2016. The modalities she has studied she incorporates into meeting each client where they are in their health journey. Her experience includes varied lymphatic techniques, postural analysis, mapping disease process through the lymph, and utilizing the latest in lymphatic drainage technology. Michelle has worked in post-operative care, in the lyme and auto-immune community, the body sculpting community, with high-profile clientele, and travels the world experiencing and deepening her understanding of lymphatic drainage.

Q: What is the schedule like?
A: Class begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m.. There is a 90-minute lunch break. Please pack a lunch or enjoy one of the many restaurants within walking distance from the spa.
Q: How much does the 4-day course cost?
A: $2,000 for the course, manual, and certificate.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: There is a $200 cancelation fee for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the first day of class.
There is a 50% of total tuition cancellation fee for cancellations 72 hours before the start of the class.
Emergency cancellations will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Students should wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a packed lunch or enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant. Hands of Soleil will provide a workbook, writing utensils, and note paper.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Students should dress comfortably, ready for hands-on work and movement.
Q: Are sleeping accommodations provided?
A: No, sleeping accommodations are not provided. We recommend students coming from out of town stay at The Lemon Tree Inn, which is within walking distance from the spa.
Q: Do I need a massage license?
A: A massage license is recommended but not required. Students who would like to work as a lymphatic drainage provider must procure a professional license for hands-on bodywork.
